How to make money from Linkedin market place

Freelance on LinkedIn and Make Money

For freelancers, when you talk about freelancing websites all that comes to mind is Fiverr and Upwork. Although there are a lot of freelancing websites these two are mostly known to be competitors and they charge a 20% rate fee.

LinkedIn has decided to enter into the freelancing space and we are all excited. Early this year in February Linkedln announced that they will be launching "Linkedln Marketplaces" in September this year.

It will be similar to that of Fiverr and Upwork where businesses and entrepreneurs come in to buy services from freelancers. meanwhile, Linkedln has made it clear that it will be focusing more on white-collar services like design, marketing, and software

this is a big shift when you compare it to fire Fiverr and Upwork who don't offer software development services. LinkedIn also made it known that they will be focusing on executive coaching (consultation). with this LinkedIn may surpass Fiverr before the end of next year-who knows.

Due to the shift in the working system which was a result of Covid-19, Freelancing is seen as the future. people were laid off from their jobs than ever before and a lot of people are looking for how to make money online.

LinkedIn wants to position itself as the solution before other social networks like Facebook beat them to it.

Fiverr and Upwork made revenue of about $550 million as of last year in 2020, which is a 37% increase from the year before. This shows you what the pandemic has done to the nature of work and where work is headed in the future.
